Hi there! My name is Roberto. I am a PhD student at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and the Helmholtz Munich under the supervision of Christian L. Müller.
Much of my research consists of using statistics and machine learning to gain new insights into biological phenomena. I particularly look into subjects related to antimicrobial resistance, analysis of chemical perturbations, self-supervised deep learning, etc.
